Free service to help public find best local health and fitness professionals

Omaha, NE Cory Wiedel, President of Complete Nutrition, is proud to announce the development of Complete Nutrition's Health & Fitness Team to expand the company's goal of helping the public look better, feel better, and perform better.

"In addition to providing quality weight management, sports nutrition, and healthy aging products in our stores, Complete Nutrition wants to help our customers live a healthier lifestyle by simplifying the process of finding the best health and fitness professionals," Wiedel said. "As a result, Complete Nutrition, in conjunction with Crew Innovations, has developed a unique listing service called the Complete Nutrition Health & Fitness Team to make the search for health and fitness service providers easy, fun, and informative."

The Health & Fitness Team is a private listing service of pre-qualified businesses and professionals who offer their services in the same markets as Complete Nutrition retail stores. Personal trainers, fitness and sports instructors, spas and fitness centers, therapists, dieticians, chiropractors, and other service providers will be invited to participate in the listing service. Complete Nutrition will highlight the Health & Fitness Team on its website and in its stores.

Fitness and health professionals who join the team will be able to promote their services and staff in conjunction with the Complete Nutrition brand. Team members will be required to meet certain qualifications and professional standards, including due diligence, reference checks, and a personal interview at a Complete Nutrition location. Those who are accepted as Participants will load and manage their own listings and pay an annual fee to help defray the cost of the service. A portion of the listing service revenue will fund special marketing and promotional events such as educational workshops, fitness demonstrations, health fairs, and in-store programs. Members of the team will receive special discounts on Complete Nutrition products and have opportunities to network with other team members.

The public will use the state-of-the-art Health & Fitness Team website to search and sort service providers by name, qualifications, location, facility type, and classes/instruction offered. Use of the website will be free for anyone who is searching for health and fitness service providers or seeking health information. The website is set for a spring launch.

David Nelson, President of Crew Innovations, Inc., developed the unique concept and said he is excited about his company managing and promoting the new service for Complete Nutrition.

"Search results will include location, qualifications, staff pictures, schedules, facilities and amenities descriptions, contact information, and driving directions," Nelson said. "Users will be able to submit web-based forms to team members for more information or to schedule appointments. They will be able to email service provider listings to friends or spouses for their input. The website will also include a wealth of free information on nutrition and dieting, descriptions of various exercises and sports, and an educational health and fitness blog."

Corinna Farnsler, a certified independent fitness instructor in Omaha, NE, was one of the first health and fitness professionals to join the listing service team. "Complete Nutrition's Health & Fitness Team provides me with a valuable marketing resource so I can reach a broader clientele. They take the guesswork out of the searching process for the client and help my business grow. It's a win-win!"
