INGREDIENTS

-4 Bell Peppers

-1/4 Cup Olives

-1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

-1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar

-1/8 Teaspoon Salt

PREP/COOK

-Grill peppers on medium high, turning once — 5 min per side

-Chop the peppers

-Toss with olives, oil, vinegar and salt in a large bowl

-Slice bananas vertically and top with honey and brown sugar
