Ingredients:

•   2 tbsp chopped red onion

•   2 tbsp lime juice

•   2 medium avocados, diced

•   2 cups papaya, diced

•   2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro

•   salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

1.     In a bowl, first combine the onion, lime juice and salt

2.     In a separate bowl, combine the avocado, papaya and cilantro. Mix in the onion and lime juice. Serve immediately.
