With this app you can set your own weight loss goals and keep a daily calorie count that will ensure that those goals are met. By logging your daily workouts and food intake you can manage your calories to ensure that you stay within your budget. In addition, with the MyFitnessPal app you can log your data from anywhere and synchronize it to the MyFitnessPal website.
