Creatine monohydrate is used by athletes to increase lean muscle mass, strength and energy. Once it reaches the muscles, it is converted into phosphocreatine (creatine phosphate) where this high-powered metabolite is used to regenerate ATP (adenosine triphosphate) levels.
Creatine monohydrate is found in low doses in foods we eat but most creatine is lost when food is cooked. Since supplements allow for a more pure form of creatine, only a small daily dose is required to raise the creatine levels in muscle tissue.
(LOADING PHASE) Take 6 capsules 4 times daily with 12-16 oz. of juice or water for 5 consecutive days. For best results take 1 of these servings before your workout. Consume at least 64 oz. of water daily when supplementing Creatine.
(MAINTENANCE PHASE) After completing the loading phase, take 6 capsules twice daily with 12-16 oz. of juice or water.
