Kre-Alkalyn® is a patented form of creatine that supports workout performance, strength, power, intensity and muscular endurance. Kre-Alkalyn® is buffered with a higher pH level than other forms of creatine which increases its stability when digested. Because it's more stable, each gram of Kre-Alkalyn® is equal to about 10 grams of creatine.
Since Kre-Alkalyn® is absorbed more efficiently by muscle tissue you no longer need a loading phase so there is less chance of experiencing bloating, a common side-effect of supplementing with creatine.*

This is some of the best stuff i have taken im 16 6'6 308lbs. and people say i dont look so i give cred to XALT,Titian and hard work thanks.
