Payment Terms

There is no minimum weight loss program or product order! Complete Nutrition accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and money orders. Make Money Orders payable to Complete Nutrition and mail to: Complete Nutrition, Attn: Internet Orders, 10815 Olive Street, La Vista, NE 68128

Price Policy

The product manufacturer suggests the retail prices listed. In the event of a price increase, we will try to give advance notice when possible. Complete Nutrition is not responsible for typographical errors.

Returned Check Policy

There will be a $30.00 service charge on all returned checks. Complete Nutrition reserves the right to change accounts to C.O.D. certified funds status if a check is returned unpaid. C.O.D. certified requires payment by money order or cashier's check. In lieu of C.O.D. certified, the customer may choose to pay by credit card when the order is placed.

Shipment Damages

The customer must notify Complete Nutrition within 24 hours to ensure replacement or credit. In case of truck shipment shortages or damages, please check all cases while the driver is present. To insure credit , please note any damages, shortages, or broken shrink-wrap on the bill of lading before signing.

Shortages/Mis-Shipments

We are focused on quality. Our double check packing system insures a minimum number of errors with our product orders. On the occasion of a shortage, please thoroughly inspect all boxes a second time for the product. NDS must be notified within 24 hours to properly investigate the shipment.

Return Information

Returns must be authorized and assigned an authorization number. When requesting a return, please have your sales order number, the product name, the product number, and the reason for the request available. Returned merchandise must be unopened, not marked in any way, and in good re-saleable condition and unopened. Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. A customer service representative will notify you with the credit amount when the return is approved.

Shipping Information

Our goal is to ship all in stock product orders within 24 hours. Please check with a customer service representative about the shipping time to your location. Most product shipments will arrive two to five days after the order is processed, depending on the recipient's location. Shipping will be via UPS ground service. Next Day Air and Second Day Air delivery service is available but must be paid in full by the customer.
