WOW,I cannot believe how much better I feel! It has been 19 days, and I have lost 14.8 lbs. More than that, I feel amazing! I am diabetic, and my glucose level is down considerably. No cravings, and not much appetite. I have been recomending this produt to others already! Good luck to everyone else!!!

So to start I am very pleased with the guy at the store who sold me the cts360. but let me say something bad firs. For me this product Literally DESTROYS my appetite and makes it so I dont eat at all which I like and dislike. I know you cant lose weight that way cause it all comes back. So I took a week off to recover but am better now. Now the good part this product works as advertised. My start weight was 265 and know it is at 257. Thats only one week of taking this so thats good. Word of advise force yourself to eat at least 1000-1200 calories a day if you dont you will suffer some bad sideaffect. I started to shake alot and people noticed it so if you eat this will not happen. Other than that this product is great besides the 250 price.

I have been constantly struggling with weight since I had my second child. With my husband almost getting back from deployment I really want to look good for him, or at least better then when he left. I first did the cleanse, and started this 3 days ago and so far I have lost 6lbs! I am 5'2 and started weight was 163, I hope with this product I will never see those numbers again! Now the only negative part about it which really is not that bad, is the headaches (nothing some headache meds cant cure). I will give a better update once I have taken this product for a few weeks.

This system is definately for me, i so love it!!! I am only on my 4th day, and i have lost excatly 8lbs.!!! I was very skeptical, and now a believer! So much more energy, and i feel my body changing already. I am drinking alot of water, and eating 5 sm meals a day. NO CRAVINGS! By the way, THANK YOU so much to the incredible people at my local store, Battle Creek MI. I will definately be updating again!

I have been on Weight Watchers for 3 1/2 years now and have not met my goal. Weight watchers works great but I tend to go off track. So I decided that I needed to try something different. I have never been one for using diet pills and such. Reading the testimonials on this website got me curious so I decided to give it a try. I weighed myself this morning and I will weigh myself again next Wednesday morning. I am excited to see my end results. I have been talking the CTS360 for five days now and have lost 1.6 lbs... Not much but its better then gaining. I have had so much more energy and have been sleeping so much better. Specially when i take the motivate with the tone. Even thought its only been five days I am not giving up that easly.

So today is my first day of taking this and all i have to say is WOW!!! i can really feel the energy boost! I spent the whole day getting things I've not had the energy for! I have HORRIBLE problems with over eating and that seems to have been deminished a ton! i had to remember to eat instead of feeling ravinous like normal! i can't wait to see where i go on this. i decided to get this because i have had 3 knee surgeries and i'm only 23 and the extra weight on my knee has been so painfull and had decreased my capabilities of physical activity. i can't wait to write an update! but i highly recomend this product!

I saw the reviews on this supplement and thought I would give it a try. I have been taking the product for 2 weeks, and I have seen no weight loss...in fact, I have gained back 2 lbs. I am shocked, and have done everything it said, but the only positive result has been the energy, and I can get that cheaper by drinking a V-8 energy drink with 50 calories. I am very sad I spent so much money on a product without any results at all. I have been eating within my lower calorie range, walking everyday and doing push-ups almost every night. I feel like I was doing better on my own. I will keep trying for the full month, but not sure I want to keep putting pills in my body if nothing is happening. I love the folks at complete nutrition, but I wish they wouldn't sell such an expensive product that doesn't work.-
scared me a bit!

I started taking the complete 360 clinical yesterday morning, took my first set of pills and was fine before breakfast. I took my second set of pills and waited about 45 minutes before eating. This is when my breathing lowered and I felt like I couldnt get enough air, I felt like I was going to vomit (which I did several times), I also got the shakes in my arms and legs and couldn't sleep until the pills had passed through my body. I have never taken anything like CTS before so I am not sure if my body is just not used to it, or if my body is trying to say that the system is just not for me. Best of wishes to anyone who tries it, just be careful!

My friend and I bought a kit about 4 months ago and I lost just about 22 lbs the first go around he lost 18 lbs. I'm about to start my second round today to help reach my goal of 50 lbs off. within the first few hours of taking the two tones and the first advanced strength i felt a boost of energy and stress level decreasing.
