Excellent! Started taking the AM Full Body capsules just before Christmas 2012 and already i have seen results. Especially in the face and "saddle bag" area. Skip the morning coffee with this formula, just one with breakfast and feel full and focused all day.

I started taking the Refirm AM Enhanced 2 weeks ago today and have already lost 19lbs.I take one capsule with breakfast and then another after lunch.It last throughout the day with no jitters.I also drink plenty of water I know that it may sound like alot of weight to lose so fast but when you are as overweight as I am it really isn't! I love my results and still have 50 more lbs to go will keep you updated.

I was given a weeks worth as a sample. I needed something to up my energy level thru out the day and when I workout in the gym. Well this pill did it! I was wide awake and even added about another 50 min.to my workouts and I felt normal, not jittery like I have with other energy pills. And my I never had a problem going to sleep.
