This is the best diuretic I've ever used! Right before my period I get so bloated and this stopped it from happening. To comment on the previous posts of a rash- I found that if I do not drink enough water when I take the pills (the directions say 16oz), I do get a red, splotchy 'rash' on my arms and chest that lasts for about 1/2 hour. This happened when I drank enough water to swallow the pills. Since then I drink at least 2 glasses of water with the pills and it hasn't happened since. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that 4 pills twice daily for 10 days is a bit much.

I have no side effects with this pill on my first day, maybe a little tingle on the back, but thats about it. I am hoping this works and lasts so far its seems fine(:

I just took this water pill about 30 minutes ago. First time taking this and within 10 or 15 minutes after taking it, I too felt really hot and a tingling sensation. my face is all warm and feels flushed. the heat has continued down my body. I have a red rash on my upper chest and on my back. I have no allergies to any medicines. I am taking this for a pre comp diet trial. Not sure if I want to continue this product. I will try my second dosage later today and see if I get the same reaction. I followed instructions and took 4 pills with a ton of water. I'm giving a 3star only because I've only had 1 dosage...will update again later

I love this product, it does exactly what it is intended to do. The only downside, is that, I believe I am allergic to one of its ingredients. Today is Day 6 (out of the 10 days you take the pill for) and about 10 minutes after taking the recomended 4 pills in the morning dosage, my face became very hot and then the (hot) feeling began to travel all down my body. I was at school (college) at the time, so I excused myself and went to the ladies room splash some water on my face. When I got to the bathroom not only was I very hot, I was also extremely red all over my body, like a really bad sunburn. After I got home I took a cold bath and the rash/hot burning sensation has left my body. I have had no prior allergies before taking this pill. SO, other than feeling like I am on fire and having a rash (like a sunburn for about an hour) I would still recommend this product to others. I am still debating whether or not to finish the bottle. I really want to, I have dropped about 6 pounds in 6 days and I feel great. I am less puffy in my upper arms and chest area. I feel way less bloated than I did prior to taking the pills. And on top of it I also lost a lot of water weight. I am almost positive the burning/rash feeling I got is from being allergic to one of its ingredients, so please do not let that scare you into not trying this pill. I love it! I will most likely finish the bottle.

To the other reviewers who reported feeling hot or flushed after taking this pill, you are feeling the effects of the Niacin that is in the pill and it is completely normal. You are not allergic to anything.
This pill is a great quick fix for when you have an event coming up (I'm going to the beach next week).
