Apple Snackers

Things You'll Need
1 medium apple
3 tablespoons creamy nut butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
2 tablespoons granola

Directions
Step 1

Core your apple using an apple corer, and slice it into 1-inch-thick rounds with a knife or mandolin.

Step 2

Spread each round with nut butter and add a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Step 3

Pile some granola and dark chocolate chips onto each round, if desired.

Step 4

Sandwich two together or leave them open-faced.
