Tru Form Lean & Healthy/Mature Women

After having daily pill containers overflowing with supplements, I found Complete Nutrition and the packets which covered everything I was taking. I do take three prescription tablets and with just a daily packet, it's wonderful to not have so many pills to take during the day. Contrary to the instructions and to avoid nausea, I find it is better to take one of the multivitamins in the morning and another after supper. Also, for better calcium absorption, I take one in the a.m. and another at night. All my blood levels are good, I have no inflammation in my body, and I exercise three to four days a week to keep healthy. I am 75 years old with a history of multiple age related problems.
