      • Club Rewards members pay an annual fee of $59.99 or a monthly fee of $4.99 to receive Club Rewards member benefits. Club Rewards member benefits begin the day the member joins. Throughout the year or month, Members will receive exclusive email and text offers, surprise and delight rewards points offers, and a big list of other member-only benefits!
      • With the new Club Rewards program, you will no longer have to make monthly payments of $11, or $132 per year. The new Club Rewards program costs only $59.99 per year - over $70 in savings! You will pay less to be a Club Rewards member, and in turn will receive even more benefits, exclusive offers, and savings.
      • At Complete Nutrition, we are always looking to improve our customer experience. We explored ways to add more value for our Club Members and the new Club Rewards program was the result. We wanted our customers to pay less to be a member while in turn, receive even more benefits, exclusive offers, and savings.
      • No! Members can shop as often as they like and still save money. The Club Rewards member exclusive pricing is available every day and members will be regularly sent additional Club Rewards exclusive offers and promotions. Club Rewards members also receive 1% back on all of their purchases in the form of Rewards Points. So, the more you spend the more Rewards points you earn!

      • Yes - you will save more money! The old Club program cost members $11 a month, or $132 a year. The new Club Rewards program only costs members an annual fee of $59.99 - over $70 in savings. In addition, Club Rewards members will save money by utilizing the exclusive Club Rewards pricing as well as accruing Rewards Points that can be redeemed in-store or online on your favorite products.

      • As long as you remain a Club Rewards member, your earned Rewards Points do not expire. Only surprise points that are not redeemed will expire from time to time. Once your membership is almost over, be sure to renew so all your remaining Rewards Points will rollover. If you choose not to renew your membership, your Rewards Points will expire 30 days after your membership ends or was cancelled.

        Complete Nutrition will often surprise our Club Rewards Members with promotions that involve FREE Rewards Points! These FREE Rewards Points have shorter expiration timeframes but don't worry - we'll make sure to let you know how long you have to use those points before they expire!
      • Visit your local Complete Nutrition store or redeem your Rewards Points online on your favorite products.
      • You can find your Club Rewards balance on your profile within the app or on your account at completenutrition.com. Make sure to download the app or create an online account using your email address associated with your Club Rewards membership to take advantage of these features! You can also call your local Complete Nutrition store and ask a consultant to lookup your Rewards balance.
      • You can be notified by text, email, or within the app when you earn Rewards Points.
      • Yes, you can! Create an account (if you haven't already done so) with the email associated to your Club Rewards membership to view and redeem your Rewards Points online.
      • Club Rewards members can earn or redeem their Rewards Points at all store locations and online at completenutrition.com.
      • Once Rewards Points are redeemed, they will not be re-loaded. If you return an item for a refund, you will receive the amount paid out-of-pocket for the item after the Points redemption discount. If you purchased several items using Points, your refund will reflect what you paid out-of-pocket for each particular item being returned, prorated to reflect the discount received on each item after the Points redemption discount.

        If an item is being exchanged in-store, you will be given an even exchange for the total value of the amount you paid out-of-pocket plus the Points you redeemed.
      • Yes! You can use your Rewards Points at any time, in any purchase scenario.
      • The all new Complete Nutrition mobile app gives Club Rewards members the ability to stay connected with CN, your partner in life change, at all times. It provides members with information about their account, including Club Rewards balance and activity, and also provides members many ways to earn additional Rewards Points!
      • The app helps members stay on track with their goals by providing health and wellness tips and information, motivational content, healthy recipes, fun and engaging social media posts, first-to-know new product information and announcements, and more!
      • For now, only Club Rewards members can download the app.
      • For iOS users, visit the App Store to download the app. For Android users, visit the Google Play store to download the app. Search "Complete Nutrition" and download the app. Your unique log-in credential that verifies your Club Rewards membership will be the email address associated with your membership.
      • If this happens, it means we probably do not have your correct email address! Call your local Complete Nutrition and one of our Consultants can help you resolve this issue.
      • Unfortunately, this feature is not yet available - but we're working on it!

      • Check your profile on the app to see your Club Rewards activity and current Rewards Points balance.
      • This is an easy way to earn more Rewards Points! This will also help us to personalize the type of content that you receive on the app.
      • Visit or call the Complete Nutrition store that you are a Club member at, and one of our Consultants will help you convert to the new Club Rewards program. It's very simple!
      • You no longer have to make monthly payments of $11, or $132 per year. The new Club Rewards program costs only $59.99 per year (or $4.99 per month) to be a member. Over $70 in savings! You will have less to be a Club Rewards member, and in turn will receive even more benefits, exclusive offers, and savings.
      • The last time your card was charged the $11 monthly Club Dues fee was on June 15, 2016.
      • Your Club Dues will always remain valid until you redeem them. The good news is that you can use your remaining Club Rewards dollars toward the annual membership fee!
      • As you already know, Club Match dollars on the old program were only valid for 60 days if un-used. This means that any Match dollars you currently have will only be valid through August 14, 2016 before they expire. Be sure to visit or call your local Complete Nutrition before then to redeem your Rewards to join the new program. We don't want you to miss out on any of your Club Match dollars, so use them before they expire!
      • We hope you make the transition to the new program soon! However, you have until July 11, 2017 to use your remaining Club Dues before we will auto-transition your membership to the new Club Rewards program.
      • We know that no one likes signing a contract, giving out their credit card information, or allowing automatic withdrawals from their bank account. Good news! We've solved these problems that were associated with the old Club program. Club Rewards membership only requires a one-time annual fee, however, you have the option to pay monthly online if you prefer. Your choice! This means no connection to your bank account, and you don't have to sign a contract.
      • Of course! Visit or call your local Complete Nutrition store to make it happen.
      • We hope everyone wants to join the new Club Rewards membership program! However, if you are a member on the old program and don't want to make the transition to the new program, all you have to do is let your Complete Nutrition Consultant know that you would like to cancel your old Club membership.
      • Once you cancel your old Club membership, you will have 30 days to use your remaining Rewards dollars before they terminate.
      • You should have received a few emails from Complete Nutrition, and possibly even a letter in the mail if we couldn't reach you via email. We may also send you text messages to notify and remind you about the new Club Rewards program. You can also visit your Complete Nutrition store to learn more!
      • Because you do not have a Club Rewards balance, we will auto-cancel your Club Membership on July 11th.
      • Yes, $59.99 per year or $4.99 per month.
      • The length of your Club Rewards membership depends if you paid for an annual or monthly membership. If you paid for an annual membership ($59.99), then your membership is valid for one year, or 365 days. If you paid for a monthly membership, then your membership is valid for one month, or 30 days. We'll be sure to remind you when it's almost time to renew your membership!
      • Club Rewards member benefits include but are not limited to the following benefits:

      • Credit card information is kept on file only for monthly and yearly memberships purchased online. Yearly memberships purchased in-store do not require a credit card to be kept on file because this is a one-time annual fee, not a recurring charge.
      • Club Rewards members will receive communications regarding exclusive promotions and offers via email, text, mail, and push notifications on the app. We highly recommend all Club Rewards members verify they have their correct email address, phone number, and mailing address associated with their Club Rewards membership so that you don't miss out on any communications and opportunities to save money!       • Yes, you can cancel your Club Rewards membership at any time.
      • Email and text message will be two of the primary ways we contact you regarding your Club Rewards membership. Your email address is also how you are given access to your online account and the mobile app. Providing the correct information is vital to ensure you don't miss out on any important communications, savings, and offers.
      • No, the Club Rewards program is an individual membership program only.
      • Right now, this is not allowed. The Rewards Points you earn are only able to be redeemed by you.
      • When you join the new Club Rewards program you will receive the terms & conditions brochure in-store, a free t-shirt, exclusive Club Rewards member pricing that day, as well as an email welcoming you to Club Rewards.
      • If you purchased your membership in-store, it will not automatically be renewed after one year. Don't worry, we'll help remind you! If you purchased your membership online, your membership will automatically renew.
      • Membership in the program is available to individuals who are over 18 years of age as of the date of the first participation in the program and possess a valid, active and personal email address issued in that individual's name.
      • You can join Club Rewards online or visit one of our Complete Nutrition store locations. One of our consultants will be happy to help you join!
      • Yes, you can join Club Rewards online by adding either the yearly or monthly membership to your shopping cart at completenutrition.com.
      • No, you are not able to re-apply past purchases toward earning Rewards Points.
      • We know that no one likes signing a contract! Good news – the Club Rewards membership does not require a contract to be signed.
